Hi! I recently built a computer and have had this really strange audio error. I can't fully describe it because it's so strange, but here's kind of what its like: if I go to change the volume level from the home menu on Windows, it will play the little ding noise as normal. However, as it fades away the volume grows slightly quieter and gets staticy. I've noticed it also happens during bassey sounds in games, such as the sound of reinforcing walls in Rainbow Six Siege. I have seen nothing online for how to fix this, so baisically anything you guys could tell Mr would help. Thanks!

You should probably buy a DAC/AMP if the static noise bothers you a lot, although a good one does cost a decent amount of money.

I'm using the ports on the front panel, as I cant get my audio port on my mobo to work for some reason. The microphone works however. I'm using the Razet Kraken V2, and I have tried different headphones. I'm thinking it might be my case as it was rather cheap, but I kinda feel like that can't really happen. I dont know for sure though.
