LTT don't have any "pre-owned tech" as the builds they do or the products they review are broken down after the video and then kept in inventory for future videos.

 

They don't have anything that is "surplus" to sell. And on the rare occasion they do, they do giveaways or sell them on eBay. (They sell under the linusmediagroup account).
