Hi

The problem i'm facing is that Nvidia Surround works, but in a really weird resolution.

When I click configure for nvidia surround, I am presented with:

image.thumb.png.16b06460eacf96389c97d947a1dbbfc8.png

This is weird considering I have 3 monitors and it only defaults to 2

I then try to change the Topology to 1 X 3image.thumb.png.69d3283f3d65f22cf38ed1746c146e1c.png

which then gives me a weird resolution, 3840 by 1025 making it 1280 by 1024 for each monitor

Pressing the resolution reveals no other resolution for the dropdown menu, this is the same for the refresh rate.

When using SoftTH, I am able to get 5760 by 1080 on games but it does not work for some of the games and is not as reliable because of that.

I am using a 3monitor setup in this orientation   = = =

Dell U2417H, MSI MAG24C, Dell U2417H

All native resolution is at 1920 by 1080, 16:9

Dell at 60hz

MSI at 144hz

3 cables each connected to a 1070ti with 1 hdmi cable(DELL), 1 hdmi cable with displayport adapter (DELL), 1 displayport cable (MSI)

I will be grateful to all help and appreciate it

Thanks for looking

probably the fact that one of them is going through an adapter added on to the general shittyness of NVIDIA surround. its really bad tbh

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

none that i know off, getting a display port cable to the adapted monitor if thats an option. NVIDIA surround is really shit though, disableing it could see you needing to restart the computer to use more than one display and other shit like that
