A 2600X is NOT going to work with two 1070 Tis well (bottleneck), and that liquid cooler is certainly overkill. Also, your case doesn't even have a price.

except those changes how much would you rate it out of 10

The case you had was pretty cheap. I upgraded the case so it could fit a larger cooler and because it's better-quality. I downgraded from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 10 Home because it's honestly useless to get Pro. I switched the cooler because that cooler would absolutely not go well with the 2700X.

Overall, 7/10.

Then you would be better off going with a Vega 64 GPU so that you can use the Freesync tech. An Nvidia GPU won't allow that.

@Yous3f_M

I would personally stick with a single Vega 64 to start with and see what Framerates are like. Not all games support Crossfire/SLI, or scale well across two cards so that is also something else to consider. There is also the added heat when you add the 2nd gpu.

Do you need 32GB Ram ? Maybe go with 2 x 16GB if you do.

Maybe get a better case with some airflow and a stronger cpu cooler. You can still go with an 850W psu if you want the option to crossfire. I would get the G2 over the G3 though if going with EVGA. Or have a look at the psu tier list.
