Looking for PC Monitoring Software

I'm looking for a piece of software that is constantly running in the background and keeps track of PC stats. Things like CPU, GPU, NVMe and other temperature, load percentage, and up time, etc

I want it to have all data saved, so I can always go back and look at average, max, min, and also when exactly things spike. 

Other features I'd like to see but are not as important include dashboard to have open while gaming, alerts when something goes above or bellow a certain temp or load percentage.

 

Does such thing exist?
