New pc build/setup

1. When i'm buying & From Around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. (doing this now to get a general layout for when I need it)

Amazon and Newegg

2. Budget $1,900 USD can go over by about $40 if its worth it. (prefer not to though)

-Would like the stuff to have good value for its performance and will last

3.Location US Wisconsin

3. Uses Watching YouTube/Twitch

- General browsing

- To run modern games at 1440p ultra settings or such with a stable 60fps+

- Not likely to overclock

4. Peripherals Need Windows 10

- I need a monitor since currently i'm using an old laptop and an old tv on the side.

- 1 monitor initially but want a 2nd one in the future (will likely use the old tv as a side till then)

- I would like the new monitor to be 24" to 27" and 1440p 60Hz+

- I also need a new mouse (right handed)

5. Case Would like for it to be a mid tower

- Dust filters that can be pulled out and cleaned

Thank you for the suggestions! Any more suggestions going forward would be helpful since some of those deals aren't available anymore like the graphics card and I can buy stuff now. (doesn't have to be amazon, newegg if deal is worth it)

rebate is from the power supply

$845.75 + $47.57 (5.5%) tax = $913.32

Around $1,700 left of the budget for this and a graphics card.

Just get a 2080. Don't spend 1300 dollars on a 2080ti. please.
