Issue - Distorted Lines - nVidia - Help?

I've recently developed an issue that keeps reoccurring.  I have three monitors connected to my Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080ti OC (011G).  I am running the latest nVidia drivers.  One of the displays, a Dell UltraSharp U2414H, has been getting distorted lines, with black (unrendered) spaces between them.  In this state, the other two monitors are fine.  Turning the display off/on sometimes fixes this.  Other times, a reboot has fixed it.  I have no idea what is causing this.  Like I said, I am running the latest nVidia drivers.  Most of the time it works just fine.  This has been happening maybe every other day.  I'm actually using it now.  Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

-Currently testing - I am uninstalling Asus GPU Tweak II to see if that's conflicting with the nVidia driver somehow.

have you swapped where they're plugged into the GPU to see if it's the port? Have you changed the cables to see if it's the cable?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Just did that as well.  I swapped the display port with one of the other displays.  So, if it still happens on THIS display, it's either the cable or the display.  If it happens on my other display, it'll be the graphics card port.

Try a different cable.

***UPDATE***  So, it's been a few days now, and not a single issue.  All I did was swap ports on the card with another display and remove the Asus GPU Tweak II software.  I doubt swapping the ports did anything, as I just unplugged two displays and swapped the plugs.  So, It may have been Asus GPU Tweak II causing the issue.
