[windows 10] after reformatting a HDD i had the "error 0xc000000e" blue screen pop up. however, when i tried to a) go into start-up settings, or b) go into a recovery environment the screen just flickers. ive taken my HDD out and ive been having the same problem with my windows. my windows is on my 240GB SSD. ive downloaded the windows 10 media creation tool onto a USB and tried to boot off of it with a Z170-DELUXE motherboard yet nothing happens and just a looping of the BIOS occurs. i have no idea how to fix this. does anyone have any idea?
