As you can see by the title, I am having trouble with by SD card reader. In Settings it says "Driver is Unavailable". So I went into Device Manager and tried to download the drivers through that, and it says,

"Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them.
Realtek USB 3.0 Card Reader
The configuration registry database is corrupt.
If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit their website and check the support section for drivers."

What should I do? This card reader has worked perfectly before.
