i have been having this rattling sound like paper moving in my right ear
whenever low frequencies are played.
and i found a 150hz file to play that confirmed my hypothesis.

now
i have found the cause for the problem
between the drivers and my ears there is this thin layer of transparent nylon
that creates the bass.
it moves with the frequencies thus creates them for the low's
now i have found a tiny dent on it
my question is how to fix it.
and is there a way to disassemble the driver to flatten out the surface of the nylon.

i have emailed them my problem
they insist that it was my fault.
they say they wont do it for free
because it is impossible to create that problem without messing with the driver.

I don't know about dissembling them, i just think you should look up the price of the repair. i wouldn't recommend opening them up to do so, if this is what you say it is, should be cheap.

Should have got the 1540's pads, infinitely more comfortable

i heard they ruin the sound

like dull out the bass and close the soundtage

Yeah, it's not really feasible to repair most headphone drivers - just gotta replace it, voice coil and all.
