Can not shutdown PC

I can not shutdown PC...when i click shutdown id stops my windows and everything(my keyboard and mouse lights go off and screen to) just my computrr lights stays on...any ideas? Thanks

The problem is in that what i mentioned in previous comment...i am useing phone app and i misstouched there to post

Run 

shutdown -s -f -t 0

that will not solve my problem...i will just avoid the problem with that

Are all your fans still running after no display?

Intel i5 2500k, asus p8z68-v, kingston ram, gtx 560 ti, corsair gt 120GB SSD, windows 7 64-bit premium

Yes my fans and lights are still on after all the other things are off

Have you tried updating your motherboard bios to the latest version?

 

if this just started to happen, perhaps it was a windows update or software recently installed, see if you can roll back to a previous system restore point.

 

Lastly, do a malware scan for good measure.
