Help with logitech g933

Hi everyone, because logitech support are useless I thought I'd come here for some possible help. 

I recently brought a logitech g933 and the left ear seems to not be putting out any sound, does anyone else have this issue, I'm wondering if it is a battery issue

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Doubt it's battery as when battery is low headphones beep and die. Never any cut outs in either ears separately. Return them to the shop or site if it was a recent purchase of it's not send it back to Logitech under warranty.
