Wow, seems pretty good at the price point. I'd buy it if I didn't already have something better ;P

I think for 300 or less, if anything some of those parts could be reused. Not sure how strong the Athlons are in the IPC department, but with games like crysis 3, far cry 3 and BF4 being quad threaded, it's alot better than alot of the stronger dual cores.

If the motherboard supports 125w CPUs you could upgrade it to a phenom ii x4 965 3.4ghz for 95$ off newegg (I've seen it go to 80 with newegg sales!)
