Cannot set Photo viewer to Default program

Im trying to get Windows photo viewer to work as my default for all images. .png im having issues with. 

 

i have done Rightclick>Open with>windows photo viewer>Open.png with this app in future>Confirm   Still nothing.

 

And i have tried changing the default app but its not even listed!

 

 

it keep opening all my pictures in paint!

From a known tech YT channel.

 

I dont have MS-Store installed and cannot recover it either so cannot use the defult Photo viewer with windows 10.

 

 

Please halp me!!
