PS4 not booting up

Had bought system for cheap because of the problem I am having now, but cannot fix it the way I had previously.  Previously I have used washers on the pressure mount on the top  of the PS4 to let it start but now after messing around for about an hour and going through multiple other fixes recommend.  It will be once and then hear vans and hard drive spinning but shut down immediately after and works sometimes if you put pressure on top but now seems to not be working at all and just getting a blue light flashed and It’s not turning on at all. Does anyone know any common fixes or if I need to replace a part?

Possible there's an issue with power delivery, a loose connection would be a place to start if it briefly works when applying pressure.
