Ya, it looks like Blue and Green are only available. It looks like you may have to go with red LED fans. If you do consider this, get BitFenix Spectre Pro Red LED's. They look awesome, are Static Pressure Optimized and are Very Very Very quiet.
I was going to pair red with ROG boards but after seeing so many nice blue UV builds i just got a change of though. Are SilverStone ap121 UV blue good pulling in radiators?

The silverstones are great, you should also check out the Gelid Wing fans, they come in 12cm and 14cm
Do they have good air pressure even when turn them down? and does using the ap121 as pull mess up there concentrated air and not work as intended?

From what I've seen of the AP121's they're a pretty decent fan. Linus has I think 4 of them in the bottom of his TJ07 on his rad and you know what he's like when it comes to noise and cooling performance :P

I also know that Bitfenix have a range of fans and though they are not UV, they do come in red.

I was initially thinking of blue cause there are so many option but also thinking of red now but i think blue is the choice for me. Can ap121 perform the same as when there in pull?

If you look at the specs, I would recommend Gelid Wings, that's what I will use.
