I had this question for a real long time , what happens to the gear  , like pcs and peripherals ,of cs go tournaments or majors afterwards ? Like do they sell them or what ?

The depends on the event. 

At some events, like Dreamhack, most of the computers are brought by the participants. And the tournament PCs, at larger events, are often sponsored by various parties, so the parts probably go back to them after the event is over.

Some events also rent the PCs for the few days the event span. In that case the computers go back to the place that rented them out to begin with.
