I have gone over my build countless times by now, but since i don't want to waste any money i have a couple of questions:

1- Should i get this case or a version of the nzxt h500?

2- Should i wait for the gpu, since there seems to be an upgrade coming up or new cards or something else?

You could save a bit and get a much better psu, SeaSonic SSR-450FM.

 

Case depends on your preferences. Corsair Carbide Series 275R (Black w/Tempered Glass) is a good choice. As is NZXT H500 (Black/Red) and Corsair SPEC-ALPHA (Black/Red).
