Hey everyone, I have brought the competition down to 2 laptops. The laptop I will buy I will use for some light work with microsoft office, AutoCAD 2016 (nothing too demanding), little movie watching, web browsing and e-mail. Thanks a lot guys. Here are the candidates.

Here is a link where I compare the processors as that is the main difference between these 2. (Aside from the fact that the Lenovo has no GPU.) Only other thing is one has 4GB DDR4 (Lenovo) while the Asus has 4GB DDR3.

So I would like to ask YOU people who know more about laptops which do I pick.
Note: It has to be 1 of these 2. I can not buy used. I can not buy from a different country, meaning e-bay, amazon and sites like that are off limits. Please do not tell me better deals or save more money. Take a look at both of them and pick the best.

You want to know the explanation? Neither are good options. Used business laptops are miles better. Try to get one.
