Hi, basically I've been having this problem where anything related to windows/microsoft wouldn't load. Basically if I try to access the microsoft website it won't load, microsoft store doesn't download, windows update doesn't appear (can't update) etc. I've been talking around and I was informed to try everything in Safe Mode. After turning on safe mode I found out that microsoft websites do load in safe mode (everyone told me this means theres an app of some sort causing it to not load). In safe mode, I ran malwarebyte (windows defender didn't work, apparently it didn't have permission?). Also windows update was just a blank window so it wasn't even attempting to search for an update. After removing all the quarantined problems found by malwarebyte I returned back to normal mode and none of the sites loaded and I still can't load updates etc. What can I do to fix this problem thanks! Any help will be greatly appreciated
