First build

i need help with finding and CPU and MOBO for my build and also an reliable PSU 

here is a list of parts i already decided on - 

Case - COOLER MASTER CHASSIS MASTERBOX Q300L
Cpu - 100$ - 120$
Gpu - asus gtx 1060 6gb OC
MoBo - about 75$
HDD - Toshiba 1TB 600Mbps sata III,250gb ssd
Ram - corsair vegenance 1x8gb
PSU - 40$ max

I am going to use this build for playing games like Fortnite , CSGO , BO4  on high settings, and streaming.

I am located in Latvia and i am going to order my parts from Amazon.de and 1a.lv (a local site)

My Full budget is around 670 euro.

I really appreciate your help!

For CPU, get a Ryzen 2600 or an i5 8400. For PSU, get a Corsair CX450M (even if it's a bit more than $40). 

 

BTW, can you provide a PCPartPicker list of your PC (it really helps us find components within your budget).

You can save some money by getting a RX 580 8GB instead.

I would definitely try and get a Ryzen 2600 even if it means you have to downgrade the gpu a bit. Could go with a RX 570/80 if there are any deals. 

 

Fortnite and CSGO can run alright on a weaker cpu like a ryzen 3 or 5 2400g but BO4 won't fair too well so it all depends how much future-proofing you want.
