Laptop recommendations

Hi

 

i am looking for a new laptop for my mum for Christmas it’s only going to be used for internet,iplayer and Microsoft office so doesn’t need a huge amount of storage maybe 250gb ssd

 

But it needs to have-

.good keyboard with numpad

.good screen for content consumption such as bbc iplayer

.needs to be quick

.good speakers

 

also looking to spend less than £500 at most

 

any suggestions are greatly appreciated

£500 would get you a decent i3 laptop from HP, Dell or Lenovo. You could also look into the Surface Go (128gb model) if she likes the tablet form factor. also 2 in 1's are an excellent idea if the surface go is too under powered (but still fast for office ect.)
