Low FPS

New Screen shots if anyone has any idea whats going on, same frame rates no matter what resolution or which windowed or full screen mode never goes above 130-140 and i constantly have micro stuttering. The CPU has been pushed to 4.2 (Ryzen 2600) and the GPU (GTX 1070 Ti) is stock. CPU is liquid cooled and I dont see a problem with temps. All drivers are installed and this has been the case with my last GPU (RX 580) but that wouldnt go above 120, no matter resolution or quality. I have installed a fresh install of windows and all my games and if anyone has a solution it would be much appritiated

 

 

P.S the screen shots are the game running at ~720p on windowed mode and ultra settings.

hey dude sorry for the late reply was recovering from a horrible hang over.

were you able to get a screen shot of the game when it hits 20fps?

no problems, im just happy I have you helping me ahah. and no it didnt go down to 20 this game. I also noticed when changing the quality in game it drops my FPS stability, so medium and below will give me FPS in ranges of 80-100. So I know something is very wrong with some setting I cant seem to find

if anything it mgiht be due to game server if its a once in a while thing.
