Recommendations for a pc build

Can someone help me create a list of pc parts i'll need in order to build a computer thats dedicated to doing 3d animations, graphic and video editing. I'll also need help picking out a suitable monitor please. My max budget i can do is $1500 usd. I would be using programs like blender and cinema 4D. Thx
