I'm currently using a Asus VS239H and it's starting to bug me a little bit because of the thick anti-glare coating, white backgrounds are getting unbearable. I'm looking at an acer h236h and it seems nice but it seems to have a super glossy screen and I'm next to a window. Anyone have any other suggestions?

I know it isn't 23" but the LG IPS224 is the one I'm using. I got it for $129 a few weeks ago. 21.5" btw

I just got a LG IPS234v 23 inch IPS, very good for the price $160 (aus) and has a vesa mount 75x75. I use it as side monitor just playing movies or music clips so im not to sure how good it is for gaming but LG claims it has a 5ms response time ( I'm assuming thats grey to grey). Mainly got it cause it was cheap and IPS and I needed to mount it as i have no desk space, otherwise im happy with the colours and clarity.
