I clean installed Windows 10 (while my internet was down).

When I got back online, I downloaded my Windows updates. However, this gave me red exclamation mark which went away after restarting Windows.

I then went to troubleshoot Windows Update and got this error message (see image). I just ran sfc /scannow with no issues. Is this a real problem? If so, what should I do? Thanks in advance :)

I'd try option 2 and 3 from the link below, it's worked for me in the past when Win 10 or Server 2016 boxes get clogged up with corrupt WU DB's
