ps4 blue light check

Hello. So, my old ps4 finally started to display the blue fading light. I know that it is due to either the hard drive or the power supply, but I tried to turn on the ps4 with no hard drive, I tried a different power cord, and it still did the blue light, and no output on the screen. Based on that, I'm sure its the power supply. With that said, Is there a way to make sure it is the power supply before I buy a new one? I just don't want to buy a power supply and find out that it isn't the problem.
