help！ Maybe solid state drive problems

My computer configuration is 2600X+ Gigabyte AX370M-D3SH computer. A few days ago, I installed the Western Digital Black Disk 250 nvme solid state and reinstalled the Win 10 17134.112 version number system. However, during the use, some fake deaths will occur, no errors. The mouse cannot be moved, restarted automatically after rebooting, and you may not be able to enter the system after rebooting.

I am a Chinese fan and may not be very good at English.

The system is downloaded from MSDN, the BIOS settings are cleared, and the BIOS version number is F23.

我不知道这是不是你的问题，但是你在新的固态上重新安装Windows时候最好要把别的固态拔掉，不然你以后不能从新的固态启动Windows如果你别的固态给拔掉了。我不知道这个会不会是你的问题！

I am sorry that I should ask questions in English. I have tried to pull out all the hard drives, only keep the solid state installation system, but there will still be a problem of suspended animation, I even think that there is a problem with the AMD driver.

That's quite strange. Did you install anything else besides windows?

There is only one Chrome installed, and there is a suspended animation on the way to install Chrome.

But there was no problem when it was only mechanical.

I can't think of anything that should cause it. You could try reinstalling windows in case something weird is going on.

Unfortunately I am not 100% sure what that is about  

 

It does say AMD_Sata though but you have a PCIe SSD, so I would imagine it SHOULD be different
