Okay so i've picked out some parts for a computer but i'd like to know if they're quiet or not

A good build yes, whats your budget we might be able to swap some parts around but yes that's a very good pc.

Will it be for just gaming or editing too?

Also, do you need a monitor? if you are playing at 1080p those components are overkill.

My Budget is around 2700€, I'll mostly use it for gaming but i might edit some stuff now and then, I am currently using a 1080 monitor but i might get a free used 2k monitor from a friend.
