Asus Aura Sync Troubleshooting

Is it normal for Asus' Aura Sync software to not save its color profiles? Every time I want to shut down my computer with my system set to static red under the "sync at shutdown" tab, I have to apply these settings. When I boot my system it will not have the profile set that I had applied before shutting down. It even occurs when I just put my computer to sleep sometimes.

 

Is anyone else having this issue? If so, what are some possible solutions?
