response time and input lag

so i am looking for a new ''budget'' monitor and came accros the asus VG258Q. it has a response time of 1ms wich is good. i did some research and came accros 14ms latency total. is this acceptable for games like cs:go?

Yeah that's good for cs:go. Most 144hz tn monitors are going to be good for cs:go
