I know it sounds obscene to build a Casio modded smartwatch when they've released a dedicated smartwatch here:

but if you think about it, the smartwatch looks delicate and fancy than the original Casio watch. The aesthetics are way different than the rugged durable look of the original. I think the dimensions of the G-shock watch would be able to fit the rounded smart watches like some Samsung watches. Just remove the straps and remove the hardware  of the G-shock watch away, then easily put in the smartwatch system into the G-shock. Advantages would be: Looks vintage can be used for novelty, can be worn/ used as  a smartwatch(Bluetooth, GPS, etc), when people ask what watch is that just show them its a smart watch and then look at their reactions. Disadvantages: buttons would be  useless, some of the protective guard on the frame of the watch would be covering the monitor, probably have to use only wireless charging, have to look for specific watch types to fit inside the G-shock.

Overall, it would be a cool video on the modding of the watch, some  entertainment of Linus trying to mod it.
