[RAID] First time raider

Hey everyone, so I've got two 150GB hard drives and another 1TB drive on which I've got all my systems and data (and an AMD motherboard with an SB950 southbridge), I wanted to create a RAID 0 volume, but I realised I installed my system in AHCI mode. I've googled around, but there were not clear answers as to exactly what regestery key to change, so I was wondering if anyone here knew what to change precisely?
