Pc restarting randomly

I just ran into a problem where my PC decides to restart whenever it wants to. 

I've tested my PSU to see if it was dying it seemed fine

I tested if my RAM might be dying and each stick seemed to be working 

I plugged the ports back into the motherboard and CPU and GPU and that when it started to restart randomly again so I'm pretty sure it might be a motherboard issue, but I'm still not sure what the problem is.

 

I just hope it's not a GPU or CPU issue. I'm kinda sure it might be the board.

help 

I did have a power surge during a storm a few weeks ago so maybe PSU?
