Vegas Pro 13 rendering Issues

My rendered Vegas Pro Videos have been distorted with some funky colors and such. I've tried viewing the video on different media players and even on a different computer and its an issue with the render. The video looks like this and is distorted (picture below). Audio works just fine, its just the video. HELP!

 

I use sony vegas pro 13.
