  • Check different components. Unplug the GPU, most of the RAM, any of the unnecessary Drives. 
  • Check that the power switch is plugged in correctly.
  • unplug the CPU power and try and power the board on, if it does, you've got a bad CPU

You essentially want to test the computer where there is only 1 possible reason for it not to work and that's your problem.
