KVM over ethernet?

Right so I've got a computer with consumer components(no built in kvm) running unraid in the other room and I'd like to be able to change things out of the OS(bios etc) without moving my screen, keyboard and mouse everytime however I don't want to run a separate cable for USB, ethernet and hdmi. How should I do it? I'm trying to find my way around it but it's really confusing for me for some reason. I need a solution which doesn't break the bank.

you would need either a management card or IP kvm.
