Good LAN games with Server

Hi

I have some servers that are just too lazy (ie. not doing much). I am planning to use them to host some game servers and other things so I was wondering if anyone knows of good LAN games with possibility for a dedicated server like minecraft and CS/HL. Also a plus if they don’t need internet connection as the plan is to have some form of offline LANs in the future.

 

At the moment I have plans for

CSS

Quake

DayZ SA (if and when the server files go public)

 

Do any of you have some games that would fit? Genres we enjoy are mostly FPS, RTS and most forms of zombie killing.

The server software should be cheap if not free the cost of the game is almost irrelevant but free/cheap is good.

The ones you listed are the easiest and most common, you could also include Minecraft.
