So my pc was restarting out of nowhere while gaming, I eventually figured out my cpu was overheating while gaming. I thought maybe the thermal paste had worn off, and it had. I then screwed the liquid cooler back in place after reapplying thermal paste, closed it up and replugged everything. However now it is even worse, getting the same 90+ temperatures but now just by being on. I thought it wasnt making contact with the cpu so I reinstalled it but it didnt work. I then reinstalled it and reapplied thermal paste again. Some of the screws that held the bars were a bit lose and I thought that was the issue. It wasnt, im getting really high temps even after reinstalling the liquid cooler so many times. Maybe I did it wrong all these times. It still works since I can hear the water flowing and feel it moving.

Should I try reinstalling the cooler again?

Edit: it is lose, any tips on how to make sure im reinstalling it right?

Also Captain 120ex from deepcool.
