Weird noise

Maybe one of your fans was doing that because it was bouncing in the temperatures where it starts spinning faster. Like if your CPU was running at 49-51 degrees and you fan starts spinning faster at 50 degrees.

got an overlay, since my pc broke of heat, cant exactly why  anymore

CPU was just about 20-40 HDD's (no SSD's) got about 30-40, average

I don't know maybe your hard drive was just spinning up spinning down. But in any case that sound doesn't seem like it will break anything.

oh, and when transferring files, it doesn't make that noise, CPU, GPU or HDD intensive, or synthetic load

so, since normally i would just push on the round middle of the fan (freidn recommended it to me) until it stops

Hmm, I don't know how to stop the fan. Some power supplies don't have the center of the fan covered up, It could be that your power supply was just getting hot so the fan started cooling it down.

But if you covered up all the fans and they didn't make that sound its probably just your PSU cooling itself down.
