Tearing in BF4

Hey guys,

I have a problem with BF4, ever since I made a custom .cfg file that puts the FPS meter on my screen and limits FPS to 59.94, I notice (it might have been there before) horrible tearing in the lower part of my screen, usually when I have crisp 60FPS, and it allways catches my eye and I just end up standing still like "Holy Jesus, what is that?! What the f*ck is that?!" and get shot in the face. Is this normal?

tearing: no

I've had allllllllllllllll kinds of problems with BF4, even microstuttering O.o

So this doesn't supprise me at all.
