If you're playing a game that is slow paced enough you can use Push to Talk. 

 

You can buy a splitter if you need it, it would turn your 4pin connector into two separate connections, one for your input (microphone) and one for your output (music and such)

 

My laptop is also a one jack and works with my headset for mic/audio. I never had an issue though to where people could hear what I could hear.

yea i will try getting a splitter if that doesnt work for some games i could use pusht to talk but for games when you are constantly making callouts and such it will still be a problem if the splitter doesnt work but hope it does

Does you laptop have two ports though? The green/pink inputs. One is for audio and the other is for your microphone. If you laptop is also a single jack input than a splitter wouldn't help you since your headset is also a one jack.
