Gaming Build budgeting help

I'm doing a build for a friend, who currently has a budget of £640 and I created this part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Coollok100/saved/3ltb. As you may notice, it's £55 too expensive right now. Important parts to keep the same are the case, CPU and GPU. Any help would be appreciated.

If he tries to stay in budget, get Windows 7. "for free". Until he has the money.

if you guys know somebody who is in school you can try getting a windows key through them, at our school we can get some for 30€ or so

i had a discussion early with the outcome that matx board arent really optimal for an amd 8core. Maybe go a different route?

why does he need a gtx 760? 

and yes, he should "borrow" the windows from a friend till he has enough money to buy it

that's true, but the setup is really simple and you can get the language pack

I don't see why there would be any problems with this - could you explain in some more depth please?

well, bascially the 8 core fx series require a lot of power to run and the matx board are usually crap (you find non over 50bucks so...)

Change the PSU to the Corsair CX500M its about £15 cheaper.

Is your HDD meant to be separate like that because its price isn't added to the total.

The CX500M isn't actually as cheap as it appears - if you go to the Amazon link it's £55 including postage. As for the hard drive, it's separate because it was easier to add it like that, the price is part of the total.

I wouldn't run an fx 8 core on a matx mobo and I wouldn't leave it on the stock cooler as well. Also, you easily run into ram clearance problems with vengeance ram. 

What's the system being used for?
