Weird keyboard glitch

Every once in a while, a glitch will happen where my keyboard doesn’t type when I press the keys. On any games where I have to jump, I press space and I do not jump. Same with when I press escape to exit from my inventory (example). I’ll go to start on windows 7 and try to type but it doesn’t type anything. If I go to control panel and (for example) I type a “T” it highlights the first thing that starts with the letter T. Restarting my PC takes a while but it fixes this issue. My keyboard is a Razer Ornata Chroma. Pleas help and thank you. This doesn’t always happen though, only after I alt + tab a lot.

When It happens
open on screen keyboard see if one of your special keys IS BEING Activated
