Cheap cooling solution? [7 280x's]

Just wondering if there is a cheap water cooling method to cool the 7 280x's I have so I don't have to deal with high temps in my room idk if under 300$ is possible? Been looking at cheap 20 gpu only blocks.

your room won't be any cooler, only your gpus.

Im already pushing the breaker in my garage I can't run anymore amps through it barley any headroom left.

Watercoolong won't help with lowering the temps in your room. best thing you can do is either move the setup to another room or divide the 280X's over multitupe rooms if that's possible

cheap and watercooling don't really go together, maybe you could find some universal blocks on ebay or something, but for 7 cards and 300$,  I seriously doubt you'll find something even something seriously ghetto.
