CPU Won't Boot When GPU is in

The CPU boots when the GPU is out (and when another GPU is in) but the GPU I am trying to get to work won't boot, and it has before

Wat type of GPU is it?  name? Windows version? hardware? ( powersupply and so on?) 

 

People need more information before they can say something useful.

I'm not saying anything useful here.

 

But try removing the cpu, putting in the GPU, then put the cpu back in and try again.

If everything works fine with just a different gpu, then the problem is probably your gpu, check the pcie connection for grime or other things that might be interfering with the connection. What are the two gpus that you are using to test and what is the power supply you are using, if the gpu that is not working requires more power than the gpu that is working that could also be your problem
