Integrated Graphics for gaming?

I've been doing some research and I recently stumbled upon a video about integrated graphics (several actually) and I realized it is very possible to get 30-60fps on them. So, I was curious. What could you do gaming on a i5 2410m with its integrated graphics 3000 with 650mhz base and 1.20ghz dynamic.

You can play some games on the HD 3000, I've done the Portal games, Bioshock, Minecraft(although that barely puts a load on your GPU), and a few other lower end games. They all ran smoothly.

 

I have an i5-2430M in my laptop that I was using.
