GPU 0 - Copy

I`ve played GTA V yesterday while listening to itunes and got a blackscreen for a few seconds. After that both programms have been moved vom my GPU 0 - 3D engine to my GPU 0 - Copy engine.

I serched on the web to fix the problem because this Copy engine is giving GTA any computing power (only 0.1%) and with itunes i couldnt play music. Somehow i managed to get itunes back on when i did repair in System->Apps&Features and its working just fine now.

GTA still doesnt work. I`ve tried with Nvidia support (clean reinstalled the GPU drivers, he even said that i should build out my GPU and back in) both didnt work can u help me ? 1568414346_Screenshot(3).thumb.png.2092ccf2b8e94f95309f4eeefd1f6486.png(2 Monitors for no confusion)
