GPU Cover paint (or vinyl) HELP!

I am looking to paint the cover of my graphics card and this motherboard cover and was wondering what spray to buy, which company, paint and primer or vinyl die, etc. I have seen the Tek Syndicate video but I have no clue what vinyl spray he is using, if you do please help.
