Weird stuff going on

Hello, i'm struggling with my pc since this morning because it doesn't boot into windows.
I've used my pc 8 months without any problems and suddenly this happened. I mean, it shows that windows is loading but it keeps looping and doesnt do anything and after i restart pc, shows next to the looping screen "Automatic Repair tool" or something.
In bios it does show that i have sata port 1 connected to 2tb hard drive and one m.2 slot Intel Optane Device.
When i wanted to reinstall my windows because maybe problem is in windows.... Booted into media tool and it said that i don't have any hard drive connected.
I tested different sata cables, psu cables and i can feel that hdd is working but i don't know why it doesn't detect it.
